Rob Ehman, Kim's husband, wrote the music to the song "unknown wounds".

Jim Stratton, who was Rob's band member at the time, read the film script, "Unknown Wounds", and then wrote the lyrics for the song.

We went to the recording studio once filming was complete. Joel Stratton, Jim's youngest son who also was a member of the band at the time, sang lead vocals on the song.

Rob and Jim played acoustic guitars and Jim sang background vocals as well.

Lyrics:

Waiting, I'm leaving.
Holding on, for the beginning.
Playing a new game. I was always it.
Don't you think I do good. I'm always the last pick.

CHORUS:

Can't you feel my unknown wounds.
Wounds i know are hard to heal.
Can't youo see my unknown wounds.
Wounds that make you feel like crying.

I can still remember. When we were all good friends.
But through the mean years. All of that was forgotten.
No one deserves this. When you love to dance.
Would it hurt to ask me. No one gives me a chance
